I still remember the first time we drove through Peterborough. It was a beautiful October day — the kind of New England fall day that almost doesn’t feel real. As we drove down Grove Street and passed the shops, restaurants, and scenery downtown, I remember thinking it felt like we had somehow wandered onto the set of Leave It to Beaver or Gilmore Girls.
